Order & Shipping Policy

At Frozen Arrow™, we aim to deliver your skincare essentials quickly, securely, and with full transparency. Please read our order policy below to understand how your orders are processed and fulfilled.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive an email with a confirmation and invoice.
  • Orders placed after 2 PM IST will be processed the next working day.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship across India using trusted delivery partners.
  • Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days depending on location.
  • Delays due to weather, carrier issues, or government restrictions may occasionally occur.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
  • If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of shipping confirmation, please contact us.

4. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment options:

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them by contacting customer service.
  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

6. Returns & Replacements

Due to the nature of personal care products, we do not accept returns unless:

  • You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item
  • In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo/video of the issue

We will:

  • Offer a free replacement OR
  • Issue store credit or refund, depending on the case

7. Wrong Address / Undeliverable Package

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, re-delivery will be charged.
